Who We Are
Hook N Ladder Fishing was founded by three firefighters who share more than a love for the ocean — we share a calling to serve others. After years of working side by side in fire stations and spending our free time on the water, we felt God leading us to build something that combined both: a charter experience rooted in faith, family, and fellowship.
We believe fishing is more than a sport — it’s a getaway, a breath of peace, and sometimes exactly what someone needs to feel seen again. Our mission is to create a space on the water where people can step away from the noise, breathe deep, and remember they’re not walking their journey alone.
That mission is personal. One of our founders is the father of a child diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at four years old. His courage and resilience have shaped who we are and why we do this — to remind others that their challenges don’t define them. Everyone who steps aboard carries a story, and we treat each guest not as a customer, but as family.
Whether you’re a seasoned fisherman or it’s your first time holding a rod, our promise is simple:
you’ll be known, welcomed, and cared for — by name.
We don’t just guide fishing trips.
We build memories, capture moments, and create experiences that families and friends talk about long after the fish are filleted.
Our Why
We serve:
families of fallen heroes

Everyone deserves a day to breathe.
